Arsenal fan in peace
Well done for your win tonight as a gooner i've always seen Liverpool as my 2nd team so I was pleased to see you win.
Another thing that was nice to see was Carroll scoring, how long will you Liverpool fans give him to perform consistently? Because I thought at Newcastle a lot went through him & that isn't the same at Liverpool which is why his had to adjust.
Lastly what do you think of Dalglish's interviews I'm not talking about just tonights one but most of them he does come across somewhat rude & arrogant.
Good Luck on the weekend
Carroll & Dalglish

So the full version is even longer then that. That was just an extract and it took a fair amount of time to read. The people who compile these reports sure don't mess around.

The way I saw it was they were both childish and winding each other up throughout the match. It's the press who jumped on the racism issue which made the time leading up to the 'trial' a complete farce.
Add to that the FAs paranioa after Sepp Blatters stupid remarks and Luis was hung out to dry. Kenny still despises the press after that and who can blame him. Kenny started the season in a jovial manner and the manner of the abuse he has had from the press and many fans partly explains his attitude.

If you guys are to be believed then I was wrong about Dalglish and I will accept that. Perhaps I am still a little naïve to media tactics and what not.

So would it be fair to say, that there's a possibility that Suarez did racially abuse Evra?

Of course there is.
But is that enough to find someone guilty, and smear their name and reputation ?
As far as Im concerned, in cases like these, the FA should not be let within a hundred miles of judging such a serious case.

No it's not, but I think Pool fans should consider the real possibility that Suarez was guilty rather than assuming that the lack of solid evidence must mean he's innocent. That's the way it comes across at least.
But no, from what I've read it seems like the evidence against Suarez was circumstantial.

I think this is quite straight forward.
1...Suarez said a word Evra found offensive.
2...No one else heard it.
3...It was one mans word Vs another.
4..Suarerz admitted he said Negrito.
5..The FA said he shouldnt do that.
5..Suarez didnt realiseit was offensive.
all in all miscommunication, thats all; mountains out of mole hills. In my view if Evra was a man he could of just sought out Suarez told him the problem and done it man to man....but to me, hes a wimp.

Not sure why you pool fans are still saying Suarez was convicted against circumstantial evidence and that it is one man's word against another? Evra and Suarez both agree Suarez referred to evra by his colour. This is against the laws as you may not refer to a player's colour. Suarez found guilty by the fact of his own. Confession. If you need to blame anyone it is whoever should be informing new players of the culture and ne laws of this country. It shouldn't be difficult.

The justice system says a man is innocent, until proven guilty, not assumed guilty, with a lack of solid evidence.
