I couldn't tell. It looked pretty metropolitan in terms of different ethnicities.
Maybe not then. Still, that coach has to have some kind of punishment. Uncontrolled kids like could easily kill one another. Especially with running kicks to the face like that.

This does go on over here though.
i've seen parents and coaches having face to face screaming and pushing matches in an under 8's league.
Its the adults that push the kids to play and behave in this way
