Sub-fielders need to go

Englands players seem to need the loo every five overs. There is someone coming off or going on almost every over. And not just England, lots of sides abuse the 12th man privilages.

With the runner being banned surely it is time to get rid of the subbie too? If batsman have to bat or go homeit makes sence to ask the same of fielders.

And while we are at it when will they ban the fake glove replacement?

WHAT if they wish to change gloves? are they not allowed? bat is broken in half? no replacement there either?

If they want to change gloves they can wait for the drinks break. Bat breaking is incredibly rare so I am sure an allowance can be made.

Oh ok, what about if the person needs medical treatment will that be allowed under your strict guidelines?..

Good question and I think that should be down to the on field umpire. If a batsman has an injury it is usually pretty obvious.

It will be down to the umpire to tell the player to either bat on or get off. It isn't just the fielding side that can slow play or kill spectator interest.
