Tough game tomorrow night v The Tractor Boys, made even tougher by the amount of players missing for the game.
Hopefully Jordon Mutch will be fit because we will certainly be struggling for central midfielders if not.
What team would you play? 4-5-1 or 4-4-2?
Think this game is a must not lose, so hopefully we can keep the unbeaten run going.

From my memory we don't have the best record there. The first time I remember going there was in 1997 last game of the season and we got a solid draw at 1-1!
It will be another tough game again tonight and I can see it being another hard fought draw.
With the players we have out and the one's carrying a knock I would be happy with a 1-1.
If all the players that are touch and go don't make it, I can see the team being:
Doyle
Ramage
Davies
Caldwell
Murphy
Burke
Gomis
Elliott
Townsend
King
Erik
Not our best side but still capable of getting something at Ipswich!

After another disappointing draw and possibly Caldwell added to the injury list am I right that one more point from the last 2 games will see us into the playoffs unless Boro improve their GD by 24 in the last 2 games ? Blues can never do anything the easy way. 2 more tough games and I think we'll be reduced to the walking wounded. Might we also loose a few to disciplinary action? If we make it bet we get West Ham . Its seems fated somehow. Next round of a titanic struggle. Playoffs would be a big achievement.

Sorry to disagree with you Pete but I don't think that was a disappointing draw.
It is always tough going to Ipswich and they spent a lot of money in the summer and have a bigger squad than we do.
At the start of the season people were saying we would be lucky to stay up with our best 11 on the pitch, now with at least 5 of those best 11 out last night people still expect us to win away?
I am happy with the point and can guarantee we will be in the play-offs come 28th of April!

I wish southampton v boro was the early kick off saturday not the late one, because if boro fail to win then play-offs is ours even if we lose the last 2.
If boro played early and lost we could field 2 very very weak teams so we dont lose any one else and are fresh for play-offs.
I think we will go to brighton and get a point then play the youth team on the last day and hand reading the title, we won promotion on there ground and they'll win the league on ours!

I think Reading will win at home on Saturday and win the Championship themselves without our help on the final day!

No problem 83 I was just disappointed after we got our nose in front and with 442 that we couldn't grab another goal and take the pressure off a bit. As I said great achievement to be where we are and if we didn't leave it to the last minute of the last game well it wouldn't be blues would it?

We have probably thrown the lead away one too many times this year. If we could have held onto the lead a couple more times we would have still been pushing for automatic but that wasn't to be this year!
I will not kill myself if we do not go up this year just look at reading ths year, lost in the playoff final but more than likely going to be champions this year and there isn't much coming down that scares me!

Whilst the teams coming down don't scare me the thought of what might happen in the summer should we not go up terrifies me!

At some point we're going to need a crisis to clear out the deadwood of ownership I fear. I don't think Carson has an honorable exit option. He'll hang on for grim death. He paid too much and we don't have a huge asset base anymore. I fear bankruptcy is his only out and that it may have to get worse before it can get better.
Think you're right 83 it's been great to have the attacking flair and way more fun to watch, but its been pretty loose at the back at times and we've let teams come back and dominate and that's cost us. Before we couldn't score, but were great at holding on now we can score, but can't hold on nearly as well.

We have been up and down in terms of letting in goals this year. We went through a stage where we hardly conceded and now we seem to be going though a period where we are letting loads of goals in again.
It is probably no coincidence though that our best right back has been out and our best left back has been out for a bit too. We haven't had a settled back four for a couple of months now!
