I wanted to know where Drogba sits in the history of players who have donned the famous blue for your club. I work with some united fans all from africa but Drogba feels them with pride.To me he is a modern day premiership hero, yes there are images of the rolls and the minutes wasted on the ground but I cant shake off the amazing goals, the battering ram with a touch of skill, the guy who has served ivory coast with such distinction.
Im a big fan of Messi and would love to see him lift the champions league again, never mind if he hasnt won the world cup, champions league is just as hard, however if Chelsea can beat barca and beat Real or bayern in the final I will be proud to see Drogba lift the champions league with chelsea.
Great player, absolute legend, I actually rate him all round including his international career to be better than lampard.

Drogba is assured a place in Chelsea's hall of fame.
It should be remembered it wasn't always easy for him. I recall a game against Man City where he scored two goals, got motm yet was still booed off by Chelsea fans.
Whether people want to accept it or not, he really cleaned up his act and became an absolute beast and got two pl golden boots.
He's always been a big game player. He's played 7 finals for Chelsea and scored seven goals.
Then there's poor Arsenal
And outside of football its hard to fault him. There is good reason he's so idolised in his native Ivory Coast.

Drogba is a legend. He has won us many trophies and put in great performances against the best teams in the world. Has a great scoring record for us and IC.
Yesterday showed us that he still has it in him. He just lacks that extra bit of motivation, but when he is up for it he is unplayable. Torres won't be happy

Absolute Legend, love the man for the fact that the bigger the game the more likely he is to make sure he turns up. His mood yesterday was incredible. For the first half an hour he seemed uninterested, then it was as if he decided suddenly, that as it was Wembley he was going to run the whole show - and he more or less did.
It's not beyond him to have a big say, if selected and in one of those moods on Wednesday............
