Our Manager and Captain

I was so embarrased by the behaviour of these 2 last night.

We quite simply were outplayed by our opponents, their gameplan and tactics were spot on, OK their goals wernt fantastic, but once they had that 2 goal advantage, we never really looked like we were going to get back into it.

Robins sportsmanship was dreadful. When things are going good for us, he is a model professional; but when matches go like last nights did, you need to accept defeat and hold your hands up; because Wigan played out of their skins last night and they deserved our respect.

I was really pleased for Wigan last night, and that is the first time in my life that i have been genuinely pleased for a team that has just beaten us.

Where as, we just had a bad day, not one player played to anything near like they could of. And performances like that do happen. So why both our captain and manager had to react to the defeat like they did, really embarrased our club.

Arsene Wengers interview, was typical Arsene Wenger. Everyone knew what he was going to say, so he might aswell of not said anything. He was throwing his toys out of his pram.

He should of accepted defeat, congratulated Wigan on their performance, forgot about it there and then, and moved on to saturday.
