I assumed the "20 seasons" list?

If it's top five premier league strikers then no he shouldn't definately be on the list. Off the top of my head Henry, Van Nistlerooy, Shearer, Owen, Fowler, Wright, Bergkamp, Ferdinand, Cole would all have a bigger shout. And that's off the top of my head. Drogba could be considered but not in the top five for definite and that's probably why he isn't in it. Considered but not in it. Good player though. He'd be in the top ten I would have thought.

To add some balance though, Lampard should be in the top five midfielders. I can't stand the man but his consistent goal scoring record season on season is hard to deny. So Scholes, Keane, Lampard, Fabregas and Gerard for me.

Most of them aren't fit to clean Drogba's boots. When Dider is on form he his the best in the world at what he does. You can't say that about many of the above.

Drogba, for me, at his best, was better than all of them except Henry and maybe Shearer and Bergkamp

Hey lads, I didn't expect anything different from Chelsea fans, I'd be the same if he played for United. All I'm saying is I'm sure Drogba was considered but they obviously fancied five others. It's all about opinion isn't it.

Owen was quality.

With the exception of Shearer, none of these guys would get into the Chelsea team of the last 8 years. Maybe some of them have better PL scoring stats than Didier but how many CL games or cup finals have they scored in?

Drogba is one of my favourite players, from a United fan. IMO he should of been on the list.

I personally would put Zola on their ahead of Drogba if we're talking Chelsea forwards. World class player head and shoulders above anything you've ever had at your place in my lifetime.

Drogba is/was the most complete striker I've ever seen

Also, not to do with the list, but surely Lampard is the best goal-scoring midfielder of all time? He has to at least be up there
