The motto for the London Olympics has been revealed as "Inspire a generation" so lets get out there and start inspiring somehow even if you're busy, find time.
Mo Farah is a busy man. His recent rise to global stardom, fuelled by a tremendous 5,000m and 10,000m double at the European Championships in Barcelona, a stunning run at the Pre Classic in his new home town of Oregon, where he ran away from a stellar field and his seemingly effortless win at the New York half marathon, on his debut, at the distance, means that everyone wants a piece of his time.
Mo’s youthful enthusiasm doesn’t stop at his love of talking to young people and trying to inspire them. He finds the time.
