Now that the season is well in swing what are your predictions for your team this season.
If like me you do not have a team take a guess.
My predictions are a Wigan v Catalans GF with a Cats win (optimistic I know)
Warrington v Hudd CC, Huddersfield win (if Brough is back)
If your team are unlikely to win anything where do you think they will finish and do in any potential play offs?
i.e Quins bottom

If we can rake a win at crusaders on saturday I feel we will sneak into the 8 at castlefords expense, the cup at saints is very difficult but maybe not quite as hard as other seasons.I feel warrington will be in both finals, the grand final v wigan and the cup v huddersfield.

I am a Wigan fan and even though they should have improved this season with Hoffman,Lima and Finch added to the squad, they dont seem as fluent as last season.
Hoffman has been superb all season,Lima after a controrversial start (tackling technique) has come good and Finch has started to look good, albiet he looks to be a forwards halfback(short passes to a supporting forward).
So have the loss of Gleason,Piggy Riddell and Fielden (season long injury) made them lose the attacking edge this season ?. Who knows.
But what I will say is that having two halfbacks of a symilar style,no pace and with a preference for a short pass to a supporting forward, Wigans attacking ability is suddenly restricted.
This is ok if your forwards get on top has they did against Saints and Hudds, but against Leeds they where matched in the forwards (surprise) and therfore had no plan B.
Wigan have got to blood a young halfback in the next few games, someone with a bit of pace,ie Mellor or Powell or they will continue to be so predictable that I cant see past Warrington.

Isn't it a pleasure to have a difference of opinion on 4-5 teams having a chance this year in comparison to the years gone by when it was predictable. Who's to say Leeds can't win it in the end just the same....
Super/League is alive and well....

can't see paast Wiggin or the doggy lovers for both CC & GF this year, Hudds are there or there abouts but lack the class of the other two to go all the way and Saints have too many injuries/young guns to go all the way. From the rest only Cats stand any chance of crashing the party, Leeds are just too hot and miss to be contenders

If dreams came true my team rovers will sneak into the top 8 and go to wembley but when do dreams come true

As the competition has been a virtual closed shop over 16 years with bradford, saints and Leeds dominating, its likely that we will see a new name on the league trophy this year.I think it comes down to one of Wire, giants or Wigan but not ruling out Cats.Top 8 may include HKR or salford if Cas can't get it together but its just making the numbers up.Looking at the Cup its going to be down to the right draw...i see it as being still very open.
