any of the London airports would be OK ... from Heathrow take the Piccadilly line underground from Heathrow to Green Park, change to Jubillee line to Wembley Park ... from Gatwick take the Gatwick Express to Victoria rail station, then the Victoria line underground one stop from Victoria to Green Park, and the Jubille line to Wembley Park ... from Luton take the coach to Victoria, then continue as before ... from Stansted take the Stansted Express train to Tottenham Hale, transfer to the underground, Victoria line, to Green Park, and the Jubilee line to Wembley Park
look at the underground map at

you can also use the journey planner on the Transport for London website www.tfl.gov.uk
so I'd say go with whatever airport gives you the best flight

Heathrow is the nearest, as mentioned above you can take the dilly line then the Jubilee, that is the easiest but also the longest. That will take you at least 80mins.
There are faster ways but would mean changes.
dilly line to acton town- change to dilly line going north-change at Rayners lane- Met line to Wembley park. that will save you 20 mins.
Or A10 bus to Uxbridge (25 mins)--have a pint with other supporters there-- then Piccadilly line straight to Wembley.( 20 mins)
