After leaving the fight on the final bell me and my little sisiter rushed out to where we had been told hundreds of taxis would be waiting to take fight fans back to there hotels!!! When we got there to our shock, there was about 10 cabs all pre-booked!
So all mayhem broke loose as thousands of brits ran around like headless chickens in the pouring rain looking for a cab. When it became clear that we would have to walk to a train station which was about 2miles away, we all set off like on along protest march, as the rain got heavy we made it to this train station that resembled just a bridge underpass, and as we all stood there not knowing what to do, people just started to get onto trains to anywhere, just hoping to get to a place where there maybe some taxis waiting, thats how derelict and depressing this place was!
We got no help from anyone, there were a handfull of cops on hand who could hardly speak any english, the organisation was shocking for such a big event!!
We eventually got a train to a place called reepersbarne which was in the red light district, we got a taxi from there and eventually got back to our hotel at 3-30am, 4 hours after the fight finished!!
Did anyone else who went have a simular experience?
Hamburg...what a dump!!

Typical Englander.
Why should German police speak English?
Most English police can't speak English.
