--------------------------Lloris-------------------------
Arbeloa ------ Rami ------ Nesta (c) ----- Clichy
-------------------------Flamini----------------------------
-----------Cabaye-----------------Busquets------------
Shaqiri---------------------------------------------Ribery
---------------------------Villa-------------------------------
Subs: Friedel (gk), Varane, Trasch, Pogba, Griezmann, Keane, Trezeguet
Set pieces: Cabaye on fk's, Ribery/Shaq on corners, Villa on pens
GK and Defence: Nesta is skipper. Be commanding. Flat back 4. No need for the FB's to get forward. Lloris to come for all crosses. Defenders to play the ball out via the centre of midfield.
Midfield: 3 in the centre. Look to dominate. Flamini to mop up while Biscuits and Cabaye are the distributors. Look to press when Ajax have the ball and hassle them. Get the ball out wide to feet.
Wingers: Shaq and Ribery to run at Ajax. Keep the white on your boots until you have the ball, then get inside and run at men. Look to play quick 1-2's with Busquets and Villa. When the opposite winger is in possession, make runs to the back post.
Striker: Play on the last man. Give him 90 minutes of hell. Look to play quick 1-2's and then turn and hit space. Look to finish with power.
Subs: Pogba for Flamini (85 mins), Keane for Villa (85mins)

Tactics.
I expect a tough game against PSG so I've changed the formation to sure us up in midfield, and added some extra flare to the team. Alderweireld (comfortable at right back) has been moved to the right to cover the injury of van der Wiel and Mathijsen has been moved into the centre. New signing Reyes slots in on the right wing.
This team has been built to get the best out of Christian Eriksen as he has been given a more free role when we are on top of the game but also able to drop back into midfield, which, away from PSG he will do quite often to combat the 3 CMs that Anfield RAP will deploy.
Alonso and Lucho Gonzalez will be the central midfield pairing, Lucho playing the more defensive role ensuring that late runs into the box are snuffed out and will also be a driving force in the midfield and keep the team ticking over. Alonso will be the quarter back, advancing down the field and using his long range passing and also excellent eye for a short pass to mix it up. He will be looking for the runs of Reyes and Piatti who will look to get behind the midfield and cross into Gameiro who will be the loan striker and poacher.
The ball will be kept along the ground at all times - and will always be played out of defence (usually by Agger). Mathijsen will use his strength to go 1 vs 1 againt their lone striker in Villa and Agger will use his positional awareness and pace to cover. The full backs will be quite conservative in this game.
SUBS:
If losing, Ronaldinho will come on for Reyes and play on the left with Piatti switching to the right and then playing as inside forwards. This will happen in the 70th minute. In the 75th minute, Seedorf will come on for Eriksen and play in the same role but inject a bit of energy and use his experiene.
If we are winning - Seedorf on for Piatti and Gignac on for Eriksen to revert into a compact 4-4-2 with Reyes and Seedorf playing either side of Alonso and Gonzalez.
If we are drawing. Ronaldinho on for Piatti and Seedorf on for Eriksen to add some guile to the attack.
In the 85th minute, whatever happens, Gameiro will be taken off for Ruud van Nistelrooy.

1-1
Both teams were very tactical about the game and it showed they called each other spot on and Reyes and Villa both got one goal each
