I presume that the report of the court case published in the Chronicle - is on topic and allowable as it concerns the owner of Barnsley Football Club.

It makes for disturbing reading. I presume that measures are in place to secure the club's ownership in a worst case scenario. No-one is likely to make any official comment of course as it is still sub judice.
