Yeh 2 shots all game, none on target, they seem to have lost their momentum, bit of a <bugger> is that, i lost mine a couple of years ago, it never came back.

Bit of a strange result for the blunts considering they're not a one man team..........how many shots did they have on target?

based on yesterdays performance, I really hope its the Owls that make the auto promo spot - as the Blunts indeed looked blunted without their star striker. They were lucky not to go 2 or 3 down, we were never really threatened - and I still thought we were not playing at our best

A couple of things, firstly without Evans the Blunts are short of shooting power and their next game against Stevenage won't be easy,Remember they took Max points of us,so lets hope they can do it against them.
Also Has any -one asked if CM is going to play against us next week, because if he is,he's going to be trying Bl---y hard to get one up on us.
Surely our management has put the block on him playing against us.
Any comments this point.
David. Oxford Owl.
ps, be at the Wycombe Match on the 5th.

I'm sure I read somewhere that there was a clause preventing him from playing. But then again he really is shi te, so maybe we should encourage them to play him!!!

Don't say that St C - he is bound to score against us if he plays!
Really have to win next weekend...Going there with a couple of Brentford fans, should be interesting.
I think they have shot their bolt though for this season.

One thing in the Blunts favour is that they are playing at home. Frankly Stevenage didn't look that good when they played us at Hillsborough and were somewhat lucky to come away with the result.
One thing I will say though, especially after yesterday's result is that this team has a real belief about it AND I think the fans can see that. This is something I haven't really felt at Wednesday since the Sturrock days and long may it continue!

Isnt it in the rules that a player cant play against his parent club?
Any road Antonio's goal was for me THE most important this season, it well and truly is game on now, Brentford will be tricky so gotta make sure we create as many chances as we did on Sat, Ranger for me needs to be dropped, he simply cannot score, i agree with St Charles regarding Lowe, if he plays then there will be a goal or two in him as he has that hunger and desire about him, which I like, he has a better instinct than ranger does, despite Niles endevour.
