The Chronny quotes Keith Hill wanting to bring ‘four or five’ proven Championship players to Barnsley this summer.
“We want four of five players with Championship or Premier League experience," said Hill. Bit late in the day don't you think
Whoever turns up will no doubt be over the hill journeymen all looking for a mug club to pay out over the odds wage cheques for a couple of seasons whilst 85 % of the time these signings will be on the physio table or down the nearest boozer and who, when called upon to make a couple of substitute appearances, will no doubt hypocritically kiss the badge as they run on for the last 10 minutes of a game.

at the beginning of the season the priority was not to get relegated, I even said 4th from bottom would do. Yes I am disappointed the way we have finished but also remember the way we played before the New Year, our 4 midfielders were taken out, 2 transferred 2 injured, any club in the country would find it difficult to replace their entire main starting midfield 4. As Hill has stated we are in the same league and start on an even level next season so lets stop moaning and be thankfull that we are not starting next season playing Donny Rovers, instead we will be playing Leicester,Hull and at least 6 other so called big teams that expected to at least get into the play-offs which they havent done. Next season is for me when I will start to judge Keith Hill and I mean all season not the 1st 5 games which if we start off as bad as we have finished then fans will again be calling for him to be sacked.Look at Reading, when we beat them at their ground they were an average side just shows what can be done with a little patience.I'm not expecting a top 6 slot next season but will be looking for improvement over 46 games as a whole and a mid table finish.
Up the reds as always

You're even criticising the Club now, for something you've predicted, which hasn't even happened.

Plank, what do you actually want from Barnsley Football Club?

What he is getting it would seem. He seems to thrive on pessimism and negativity. It's like he actually takes it personally, as if he's made some kind of emotional commitment none of us have and feels betrayed. Perhaps counselling and psychotherapy are in order. I think he never got the gift he asked for at Christmas and it's left him emotionally scarred. Poor owd Plank
