Evening all,
I'm not really a regular contributor on this forum but I do pass by on a weekly or so basis just to flick through the articles and decent banter (although a large proportion of this you wouldn't find happening in the school playground because its that embarrassing).
Anyway I'm sure a lot of you would have seen today's special feature in The Sun on Fabrice Muamba's miracle. It really opened my eyes even more as he describes what he went though right up to collapsing on the pitch at White Hart Lane, seeing 2 Scott Parker's and 2 Modric's.
Although, its not looking to good for the football club right now, we have to be eternally grateful that such an intelligent young lad managed to pull through because of the remarkable work of all the doctors/nurses at the hospital and the staff at White Hart Lane on that Saturday evening.
Imagine if the worst thing had happened to Fab, but we managed to beat Stoke on the final day to secure Premier League football. It wouldn't be the same would it?
Give me the big man to be at that game or in the comfort of his own home on that day with a big beaming smile on his face, even if it means we go down. So what? BWFC will be back!
Lets celebrate Muamba's remarkable recovery in the last few games no matter what happens on the field. Yes, we all get frustrated when Mark Davies gives the ball away, N'Gog doesn't shoot and Marvin Sordell goes missing ... but lets all pull together and join in the singing/chanting of our favourite football team and the miracle man Muamba.
At the end of the day, football is only a game and will be around forever.
Sadly me and you won't be ...
Let's be grateful for everything and everyone we have got.
Peace out!
Enjoy your evening.

I still think we'll survive. I believe that in the second half of this season we've played much better football and had we mirrored that in the first half we'd now be in about tenth and safe. Lest we forget that after eighteen games we had just nine points on the board. In the fourteen since we've added a further twenty one.
We need IMO eight from fifteen to survive and on recent form we should get them. In our last six we have three wins, two losses and one draw. Not that bad when you look at it is it? I have to be honest and say I've never seen a first half of a season like we had. To have not a single draw, to win three and lose fifteen should have seen us down and dead by christmas. it's a testament to the spirit of the players, the manager and the fans that our destiny is still firmly in our own hands. obviously changes will need to happen in the summer but right now we all need to band together in the common cause.
COYWM!!!!!
