the fall guy, cant help the feeling that murry etc knew exactly how bad this guy was at buisness and that made him the perfect guy to sell to,easy for them to hold their hands up to selling to the wrong guy,not so easy to explain our club going down the swanie.

When will you guys learn that Murray, realised the impending disaster that was on its way, handed over your club for Whyte, to deliver the coup de grace.

When those who used to be in charge are to blame does walter smith take a share of it? Seems to have known how bad the debt was but didnt stop him spending mega bucks

Keny
most of what walter spent was funded by lloyds and player sales. we were funding the lloyds debt by CL money. As lloyds were effectively running the show i don't think they would have sanctioned the move for jelavic if it was as bad as many were making out.
for me it boils down to the majority shareholder, he's the one who writes the cheques, or in whyte's case, doesn't

keny,i think that walters main job was to win titles, trophys e.t.c,if he asked for monies and it was handed to him,was it his job to question the suits ware it came from?i think not mate.build a winning team was his job,no more imo.

Tbh i look at it that way mac, but there are others who point the finger at advocaat as well, cant have one and not the other.
Though i think neither are accountable

what does that have to do with rangers in administration?
we were placed in admin for not paying PAYE & NI, this was Craig Whyte's watch
Murray's previous regime took us to the brink, Whyte took us over the edge.

Sean Anthony,
It would also explain the lack of due dilligence carried out on behalf of Sir Minty of Moonbeams.
