I know there has been countless articles about the derby on monday, So i would like to have a change!

I have just been watching a couple of videos on Youtube when Rachel Riley from countdown went to visit Ryan Giggs and Rio at Carrington and they showed a brilliant insight into what goes on behind the scenes at the Training complex. Its quite amazing the facilities that they have at their disposal and its a credit to the club how much work and effort really goes into keeping all our players at all levels at the top of their game.

You could tell he was trying it on a few occasions lol! I don't think she noticed though. she was playing dumb quite a lot through the tour. Funny how she kept asking the same type of questions to him too. Typical blonde ....
