We go 2-0 down.
We then get a goal.
2-1.
We then get an equaliser.
2-2.
And were in the champions league final, not to mention the Fa Cup.

I don´t want to get teary-eyed but yesterday´s game was an inspiration for anyone who in life feels like they are up against insurmountable odds.
Chelsea came back from 2-0 down at the Nou Camp with only 10 ten men on the field.
Must go down as one of the great Champions League comebacks

Don't care if he has a team of Mourinho, Hiddink, Arrigo Sacchi and Sir Alf Ramsay - they can all do one. Robbie has to have a chance - this is our chance to get a fans' favourite in the hot seat and why take a risk on another AVB/Scolari?
Give Robbie a full season, see what he can do.

Didnt RA sack A Grant despite reaching the CL final in his caretaker season??
RDM needs to hope chelsea can pull of a result in the final if thats the case.

Yup, but Avram didn't go about it the way Robbie has. Avram still had a world-beating team at his disposal, whereas Robbie has made winners of a team written off for nothing.
Also, if you watch certain games (notably the League Cup Final) it was fairly clear Avram wasn't doing much. I thought he was hard done by, but there we are.

I always thought we had a genuine chance against Barca (must start bookmarking my comments lol), but the final will be MUCH harder. Especially without Terry, Brana & Ramires. Real or Bayern won't give us the luxury of sticking to a transparent idealistic way of playing football, they'll stretch us out and pick us off. Bayern especially will turn us into a rubber band.
In the words of Ray Wilkins, they would be the REAL ties where over two legs i'd see no real hope. But thankfully it's not, it's 90 mins of football, so who knows.
