95% of SPL Fans

I hate this constant doom and gloom attitude to the SPL without Rangers being banded about.

I blame the main stream media.

I will still go to the games. I'm looking forward to seeing Celtic develop good youth players both in the SPL and in Europe.

We can now afford to sell the likes of Hooper for £7m and trim the fat somewhat generating more money.

In Europe we have a chance to up our profile without worrying about dropping points in the league as well.


Celtic have a chance here to build whilst winning. We can come out of this stronger than before both financially and in footballing terms.


I guess we'll wait and see how many fans turn up to challenge for a treble for the next 3 4 or 5 seasons.....At least!

Rangers fans who say that they want to goto the third are dreaming IMO. The reality of that option will not be good or sustainable for Rangers as the fans will give up going to the games in their droves. Some of the grounds they would be visiting will scare them off for starters. Many other Rangers fans have already made their minds up not to support a newco also. Bravado is one thing reality is another.
