Give him a chance..he's never really performed badly so I'm more than happy for him to be part of the squad. Let's not forget he wasn't signed as a Left back. He came with higher recommendations from Leeds than Aaron Lennon.

Lennon only came through due to Routledge's pre-season injury. We seem to find our players through luck than design.

he is like a lot more never gets enough game time, but i have doubts that he will make a regular first team player

yeah i wasnt impressed with him as a winger, but i like how arrgessive he is as a full back, i think he might surprise a few people hopefully, on a side note heard kaboommm is back training, big boost

Can't see him making it as a winger with Bale, Azza and next season Townsend ahead of him in the pecking order. If he wants to be back up left back next season he needs to perform in the next 4 games, which I think he will.

My only criticism is that he is sooooo left footed, and he always like to go down the flank instead of cutting inside once in a while, but that could be said for Bale & Lennon in their early years.

Definitely a better LB than a left winger though. Provides adequate back up to BAE, when called on.
