wee fegus had to put up with from the Scottish press and Rangers fans when he took over. He knew what he was doing.............maybe he could do a bit of Consultancy work for the Blue Knights?

Yes and it was disgraceful. Nevertheless, hindsight is a wonderful thing and there are a lot of supporters of both Celtic and Rangers who never look past the present, a manager can go from top class to "he should be sacked" within two games. It is the same with owners, Pistol Pete is generally liked among some of our fans because we won the league and we have brought through a lot of talent. But if we didn't win the league there would be calls for him to resign.
The fans that booed Fergus, were looking at short-term, which was fair enough. But Fergus built our club from its lowest moment, MON, WGS would never have achieved what they did without him. A genuine legend who should have his own statue and should never be forgotten among the Celtic support. God Bless Fergus Mccann!

athiest.... he took a bit, but it was drummed up by the scottish press. Can you admit that he was correct in his vision of how a football club should be run?
