I think the point made by SaintJack, and with rather less courtesy by 2G4U, is probably right. If he is truly fit enough to be truly useful (a big if, I'd say), he will aim higher.

I think Tevez would fit in well to be fair and Leicester is closer to Argentina than Manchester.

I don't think we really need another centre midfielder to be honest. I think 4 will be enough for the coming season. Seeing as 2G4U is here we might aswell hear all about forest's exciting new signings..........................

Agreed, we have enough midfielders in the squad, but if you're buying better than we already have - Which Hargreaves is, then why wouldn't you?

At the end of the day, who'd you rather have in CM - Oakley/Abe, or Hargreaves?

In the case of Hargreaves and Woodgate, i would expect them to turn down a 1 year deal or a pay as you play contract.

They are both in the latter stages of their career, so would want at least a 2 year contract, preferably 3 or 4.

So the question is which clubs have enough money to take that sort of gamble?
