G Ramirez 95% 16M Attacking Mid http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2136536/Gaston-Ramirez-Liverpool-make-bid-Bologna-midfielder.html
L De Jong 80% 12M Striker http://www.metro.co.uk/sport/897605-liverpool-target-luuk-de-jong-given-12-5m-asking-price
R Elm 100% Centre Mid 8M http://www.teamtalk.co.za/papertalk/7718266/Paper-Talk-Reds-agree-fee-for-Elm
obviously there is no official confirmation from the club yet... it looks as though we are very close to signing these 3
Gaston Ramirez has been described as a young Kaka, 21 years old and said to have the potential to become one of the best in the world. Uruguayan. Similar to David Silva the way he can operate across any of the the front 3 attacking mid positions, 6ft+ so much bigger, obviously doesn't possess the end product of the likes of silva etc.
Don't know much about De Jong, here is a video of him http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CbfLenoZNcc
Rasmus Elm is a player that excites me, will definitely take Charlie Adam's place in the team.24 years old, 6ft, pin point passing, TOP set piece delivery and dead ball shooting accuracy can dominate a midfield a bit like Fellaini with his size but is not a defensive midfielder plays more like Xabi Alonso and can operate further up the field. His shooting reminds me of Sigurdsson. He's been linked with man utd and spurs in the last year and is a good player!
If we were to add 2 pacy wingers i would be very happy with that. Fresh rumours suggesting our top choice wingers are hoilett and nathan redmond.. Young hungry squad with quality and team spirit, with a bit of luck could be a real force next season. Out of those signings if i could i would replace De Jong with a poacher of more quality as i know little about De Jong's talents.............

What do you think your budget will be this summer?
One fo those reports puts it at £20M.
If that's the case who's leaving?

I hope it's a lot more than £20m.
I think we need the best part of £30-£35m plus what ever we generate from player sales to kick on.

I don;t thin k we are anywhere near 95% certain to sign Ramirez. All we have done is reportedly make a bid. His agent has let the world know the value of the bid, so everyone else interested in him knows exactly what they have to pay to get him. I'll be very surprised if we get him.

That Sigurdson playing for Swansea would be available and looks a good player.

When Suarez was at Ajax they used 4-2-3-1, not their normal (historically speaking) 4-3-3
I know he was playing striker at the weekend, but when you look at the last 2 goals he started from a wider position, not through the middle. Most of his highlights for us in general are him beating fullbacks as well.
Just my 2p on it. As a forward he's much more like Robben than an Owen or hole player.

I typed a reply to this and it was relatively long. Some how it deleted itself and I can't be bothered typing it out again.
I will say thoughthat Ajax 100% play a 433, there is no debate to it.

Jol was a 4-2-3-1 man
"So it was no surprise that Adriaanse was one of the leading disapproving voices regarding Jol’s tenure in his final months. His choice of playing a 4-2-3-1 reliant on counter-attacking, coupled with what at times was a 4-4-2, was the straw that broke the camel’s back for the likes of Marc Overmars, Johan Cruyff and Frank de Boer and the call for change was intensified."

I would go for Soldaldo and Eden Hazzard's younger brother for the squad. Those three names from the OP seem ok.
