Pogba gone?

Amongst all the chatter last night, a few people mentioned the Pogba had chosen Juve over us.

Has anything concrete come out? I've had a search on google and it is all the usual suspects like tribal football regurgitating the same story, that he has chosen Juve.

I think he is daft as a brush if this happens.... The fact that we clearly need a midfielder and the strong words from SAF should let him know that he has a future at one of the biggest clubs in the world. Juve are a great team with a great history... But it just doesn't compare.

I can't remember the last serious thing I wrote on here.

This is from The Times: Raiola on Pogba: "It could be United. I will know next week. I think Paul’s positive about Ferguson."

I've never known so much tabloid interest in our reserves..... it's bizarre

tbh ask urself this, he has got a lot of potential but is he currently that much better than what we could go out there and buy?
I for one want him to stay as a fan, but as fans it is the sentimental part of us that want him to stay, do well and make a name for himself.

well, we have better in the reserves, imho.... Petrucci.

but I think SAF wants to see how pogba, petrucci, clevs and tunni progress.... UTD in the mid 90s and the recent Barca team show just how successful you can be with homegrown players all coming through together. It is the perfect model and one he surely wants to try again.

Enoy your time at Juve Pogba before you go maybe you should have a butchers at this.....

...Juventus have been hit with their third fine of the season for racist chanting by their fans during Tuesday's Italian Cup semi-final against AC Milan.

Italian sporting authorities handed out a 20,000-euro fine, double the penalty Juve were given in January after racist chanting directed at Udinese's Pablo Armero, of Colombia, and Cape Verde-born Swiss international Gelson Fernandes.

They were also docked 10,000-euros in October after racist chanting against Inter Milan.

Milan players Sulley Muntari of Ghana and Dutchman Urby Emanuelson were the targets of the chants on Tuesday.

This latest fine confirms the Juventus fans' sorry record when it comes to racist chanting. They regularly abused Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli -- an Italian of Ghanaian origin -- during his Inter days.

In 2008/09 Juve had to play a match behind closed doors after their fans racially abused Balotelli following a controversial incident during the team's clash with Inter.

That seemed to anger and galvanise certain sections of the Juve support who proceeded to regularly target Balotelli, even when not playing against his team.

The next season the club was punished four times, including a partial stand closure once, for fans' anti-Balotelli chants.

That season they were hit with 25,000-euro and 20,000-euro fines as well as the closure of the stand holding their 'Ultra' fans for one match, whereas this season the sanctions have been tame in comparison.

Lazio have nothing on these nutters. With your new money, you should invest in a good layer of elephant skin, cos for you unfortunately, theses idiots don't care that you'll be wearing their famouse Black & White stripes!

Good luck!

Gosh hope he's aware of that!

I truly respect players who are subject to this abuse and still ply their trade in Spain and Italy.

I appreciate we have racists here but not as brash or as brazen as these idiots.

The guys who play in Eastern Europe as well have my respect

Pogba was with the team on Monday, I saw him get off the coach. And this was about half an hour after the rumours came out.
