I saw, it, and can't say im surprised he has been offered a job, even though it seems weird that Hull who have just sacked Barnby for his comments about the owners have now approached Billy.

I expect Hull to do well now next season, at least a top 6 place now. For ourselves as well, we need the owners in quickly, otherwise it will be the proverbial game over for us before the season has even begun. I mean has anyone seen Chambers comments in the post today, it just shows you that today's footballer are all about the money,and with that and with no new owners to state that they are prepared to push for the PL, then we are going to be without a squad!

Barmby is only SUSPENDED at the moment

He has god like status with the Hull fans, who are already protesting against his suspension. The owners would be incredibly foolish to sack him.

Good luck to him and good luck to Hull. If it shuts up the Billy brigade then I'm happy. They won't go up though. They'll bottle it in the playoffs. That's the Billy way.

Hopefully he gets the job, gives us all a good laugh and SBD can finally move on

i've said it before and I'll say it again, the fans have stuck by me and the players who are still on a learning curve. Take my Captain McKenna, I've known the wee lad since he was my height and he is maturing nicely.

He'll be my captain next year and with a few more stellar signings I can see Hull edging towards payoff failure as I really do need a left back........................

<yawn>

Good luck Billy

If he's given the money to do as he pleases he'll do well for them. But if he isn't, and then lets the media know how unhappy he is (like Barmby has just done), then he'll be out before the first press conference has finished!
