McCann paid £9m for 51% of the Celtic shares. He then converted the business to a PLC. At that purchase price that would have valued the club at just under £18,000,000 back in 1994. Since then a new stadium and Lennoxtown have been developed, further enhancing the value of the club/business.
Celtic worth 20 million times what your vile excuse for a club is worth sounds about right to me.
