There's a really interesting article up on the differences between the two managers; basically about how the media are focussing on less important things like 'experience at big clubs' etc, when the biggest choice made between the two was 2 totally different philosophies to how to play the game.
Hodgson's obsession with tactics and positioning, compared with Harry's dismissal of rigid tactics and love of more 'anarchic' football; differing man management styles etc.

To be honest, right now with our team we are better off with Hodgson in my opinion, cos he is good at making less good clubs excel; and that's what we are on the international stage at this moment in time- rank outsiders for the Euros.
We don't have the intelligence or technique to play the possesion of Spain, nor the fluid football of Germany; we aren't remotely near Italy, Holland etc either in these departments atm.
So it makes sense to choose Hodgson for this tournament, and to play dull and rigid football, cos its our best chance of success with the players we hav.
My only worry is that in the future i would like us to move towards Germany's style of football with our next generation, and i don't think Hodgson would do that...
