Chamakh was playing in France, Cisse was in Germany.
Our German scouts were pre-occupied watching Dortmund E side and Thomas Eisfeld.

What I don't understand is why we keep cheaping out on players, like Maroune 'Freebie' Chamakh, then expect to get results! Most players who are free or cheap, with very few notable exceptions, are free or cheap for a reason!
