It's a well known scam,next they will tell you to pay tax on the sale price to release your funds from the States.Probably tell you that you need to fill out a W8BEN,be careful!

If you want to find out if they're genuine,ask your sales guy for his personal mobile number in New York!
Also,ask for the address of his office as you want to send him a gift for bringing such a fantastic offer to your attention.A bottle of champagne or something,to celebrate your good fortune!
Then ask him how the weather is in Jakarta/Manila/Bangkok/insert large Asian city here!
