Sorry guys I am probably getting a bit too excited as I have just read this.
http://www.espncricinfo.com/pakistan/content/current/story/563602.html
The region Azad Kashmir is considered as well as not considered a part of Pakistan. But very suitable for us to have some home cricket. Do you guys think that the factor that the region is self governed could help us get some home cricket here readily? Or the touring teams would still be reluctant playing there. Who knows we wouldnt have to stage home games in Srilanka, UAE and other places with this option available.
PS. I know I am being a bit too enthusiastic to see live action back in Pakistan.
What say people.

Must say the vast majority of comments on this thread are pathetic and un-related. come on guys, im all for banter, but this is just taking the Lumb as far as Im concerned....
I think Mirpur will be much more attractive place for visiting teams to want to tour Pakistan as opposed to Lahore and Karachi where the security situation deters teams from coming. logistic's facilities are also better…. Kash knows we are peaceful bunch

Afridi14 agree about the comments on the thread, I've been steering well clear. They really were taking the Angelo Matthews earlier on today.
As for cricket, I just can't see any teams touring Pak for the forseeable future. Despite what happened in Lahore, I still believe the safest places will probably be the big cities.

What's wrong with Azad Kashmir, Kash? Have you a problem against us? Do you want to have it out with us, me and Afridi14 will take all of you's on...
Anyway, Pakistan is Azad Kashmir and Azad Kashmir is Pakistan. Ameen.

If I was you guys, I would keep playing in the UAE, and keep using that dodgy spin bowler
If you whitewash us, then you shouldn't have too much trouble against the others
On a more serious note, good luck with your cricket, wherever you end up playing and let's hope it is back in Pakistan as soon as possible.

We need support or approval of BCCI as much as improvement in security to bring cricket back in Pakistan.

If Australia, England, Kiwis or any other team plan to visit here they wouldn't seek approval from BCCI but yes they would look for guaranteed security. BCCI could at max stop Bangladesh or Srilanka from touring here, thats all.

My answer pertains to Asian teams visiting Pakistan.
