16-10 currently to Ronnie, it appears that a lack of mental strength in the pressure of a world final has been Ali's undoing. Was all too evident last night when he was banging his cue on the table, on the floor and on his chair. From what I can remember Peter Ebdon was not the greatest exponent of mental strength so I hope he is not coaching the subject. However I also hope Ali learns from tonight if he ends up losing and will come back stronger next year.

Maksi, I thought Ronnie had very little luck with the draw considering his first 3 matches were 3 former World Champions (Ebdon, Williams, Robertson).

Truth be told, Robbo was playing like a World Champion but unfortunately for him, he met Ronnie in the quarters.

Fair comment JT. To be fair Ronnie is clearly a class above and he really did set about winning this from the start.

Four times world champion looks good on his CV and if he can keep up his enthusiasm then surely there could be more to follow?

Maksi, I thought that when he won 4 years and 8 years ago, but now I seriously doubt he'll win much more.

I don't think the World Championship has been successfully defended since 1996.

As much as I am a fan of Ronnie, I hope the new generation take over from next year.
