Yes there are ways (around paying interest) but in a document he has signed which he knows will be on public record I am prepared to believe Hoyle when he states the only interest paid is on the KSDL loan.

For what reason is DH now getting slated. The guys a business man and a successful one at that. Do a few on here actually believe what you write. "Hoyle's getting a spanking". He hasn't made his millions from being a soft touch. I quote from the man himself when speaking to Oggy on Radio Leeds roughly Feb/Mar this year. "no Oggy, in this game you do not make any money but its my money and I will spend it how I like" None of you know Hoyle, your not privy to his dealings at Town. Fair enough he would love to make money and it will not just be given away but some on here would turn on their own mothers given half the chance. His interest from money in the bank and investments covers any money put into Town twice over. Its like us normo's losing a fecking tenner.

Cas, I mentioned the Roberts thing on Monday. Someone at work is Ridehalgh's mate who said he wasn't at training as was thought to be in talks with other clubs. Obviously this is pure speculation

Yeah I've heard he's refused to sign a new contract and only has 12 months left (?) so we might be forced into selling with Palace being the likely destination. Lots of Forest fans have started asking questions about Rhodes now as well, I wish we'd just sell up and move on because all this speculations is killing me!

According to the nottingham local rag he's there for a medical, Cas....presumably lasting less than an hour or he'll fail! Jsut kidding - surely we can't end up letting our 4 best outfielders go?????!!!!

to lose pelts, pilks, roberts and rhodes would really impact on the team, as they really should all be guranteed starters when fit, and all bring something special to the side.

I'd love to see Jordan Rhodes taking part in a medical, I really don't see how he could pass one!

Losing Pelts I think was less of a blow because he wasn't amazing last season, the emergence of Hunt and the signing of Woods. Losing Pilks is a bigger loss because he's a natural matchwinner and IMO can't be replaced, although McDermott softened the blow a little. If we lose any more we're really loooking at the core of the team getting ripped apart which would be very damaging, not to mention having to try and replace more players.

Can't believe Rhodes would go, but to be honest we wouldn't stand in his way would we. As for Roberts, maybe it would signal the end of 4-5-1 and 4-4-2 with two wingers which to me has weakend the midfield, perhaps LC is going for a tighter central unit.
It can't be easy making plans and working on tactics though when players are coming and going like this, but I suppose we are now discovering the cost of failing to get promoted

Rhodes, Roberts and Pilks arguably 3 of the better players, but unarguably 3 of the reasons why we were defensively poor. The good teams defend from the top.

No coincidence that the defence tightens up when Pilkington is injured and Rhodes is dropped.
