Training

I posted yesterday saying how I would rather the players ran off the pitch and started training for the Stoke game rather than stay around clap the fans and get booed.

Instead I sit at home and see Kevin Davies sat in the crowd at the snooker enjoying himself.

Kevin u missed a couple of sitters yesterday so why are you not on the training ground working on your finishing?????

He is from Sheffield.

Missing his hometowns biggest sporting event would be like Boris Johnson not going to the opening ceremony of the Olympic games.

I'd be happy for them to have days off during the season but we are going into the most important game in 11 years.

All will be forgiven if he bangs in a hatrick against Stoke and we slap them 5-0 again but until then I expect his full focus on the game

They've been told - Stay away from anything that can injure you. If you looked closely you'd see that SKD was wrapped in bubblewrap.

When we complain about having a day off after a game the previous day, Just think about the number of games played over the last three weeks.

I would have thought a day off would do the players a world of good.

Some of these articles are nonsence.

Looking at how we defend set pieces, our positioning, our pass/move routines etc., I would hazard a guess that going watching a snooker match is an integral part of Coyle's training routine.
