What Position do you think you will finish ? top 3

How much will NESV Spend ? Max 40m but we will recoup about 15... so that's about 25million

What is the minimum you will be happy with ? Champs league position

Which players do you think you will go for ? Charlie Adam, Ashley Young and Hazard

Who is one their way out of Anfield ? Joe Cole, Jovanovic, Konchesky

Minimum top 4 but be at least close to the top and get to a semifinal in one of the cups but do well in both.


I think its just about being closer next season for me, im not one of these people that think we will win the league next season.


Not sure that FSG will spend a massive amount nor should they we dont want to get back to being a financial mess, Caroll was only £35mil because everyone knew we were getting £50mil for Torres if it would have been £40Mil caroll would have cost £25Mil.

But most of that 57m was kindly donated by your lot for a statue wasn't it Didi?

As a BARE MINIMUM i would expect a top 4 finish and a cup, since we have no european distraction (which apparently is a distraction, and i disagree with that)... anything less is a disapointing season.
In all a trophy in the cabinet and european football the following season...

I don't care:
a) Where we will finish
b) how much money will be spent,
c) Who is coming in,
d) Who is going out.
All I can say, is that, post-8th January 2011, thigns have looked better for the Reds than they have for two decades, and that is a very long time indeed. No, no team has a right to greatness, just look at Leeds, Sheff Wed etc., but I do expect us to advance. It's not sour grapes, but, I suspect ManU will not be able to support its self-inflicted debt for ever. Chelsea need major surgery + a new manager to settle in. Arsenal, well, I'll say no more. ManC seem to be in a permanent implode mode, with Tevez threatening to leave. So, by default, and I've got no problems with that,, we will advance, and no, its not just wishful thinking. JimmyTheRed

As long as there is an improvement in next seasons position, I'll be happy!

As long as we reduce our wage bill by offloading some of the deadwood and replace with better quality, I'll be happy!

All In all, I think we will start the season in a much better position than which we started the last!
