Dunno who saw the Sky News report on the testing being done by GoalRef which is the "chip" option to Hawk-Eye's camera technology. Result is an instant signal to a wrist fitted device that signals goal or no goal. As quick to see as the ref looking at his watch. And the setup is much less than Hawk-Eye. The downside is that GoalRef is German.
