Yes, that's what I observed too. If he took a drug at teh end of teh first set, then it must be his back.

The other thing is he may just choose not to play Rome to rest and get ready for FO and Wimbledon.

I must say I was surprised he did not enter MC for a couple of rounds cause in effect he has zero preparation on proper clay if he misses Rome. So clearly he must have been in a bad shape after Miami.

Still not sure. He said on court he'll move to Rome anyway but decide later on...
