why is everyone so negative FFS!!! We did all we could today and yes i am angry at us dropping the 10 point lead but that's bloody done now. We got the result today but it was Fulop the hungarian w anker who gifted arsenal 3rd, what can we do about that? We still currently are in the champoions league, it's a game i think Bayern will win so let's be positive for FFS!!! we finished 4th

"I know we played a huge part in our own downfall, but we've had no help by way of luck along the way."

That big gap WAS our luck. We blew it.
And for those who believe Spurs really are unlucky, then the CL final is a foregone conclusion.

I am pleased that Spurs again finished top 4 after the nightmare in August, and the <Citeh> Sugga Daddy project realised. Apart from the absence of cup silverware, my Spurs of the 80s is more or less back.

Have to side with Robert, although you make a good point RDBD - while we should have tied up third (at least - if not challenging!) long long before that, I think you can only react to where you are in the present time.

22 shots against Villa, 19 corners, 62% possession - at that point it was ALL in our hands. And Harry brought on Parker when we needed to win. He says he can barely read - I think he can't count the fingers on one hand, and we need a simple arithmetic coach (one with an abacus with about six beads on it would do) if we're going to persist with Harry

The result of the game may have been the same, but that was the key moment in recent weeks for me.

Oh well, all's done It says a lot I think that we're disappointed with fourth, so my huge reservations aside I'll have to say give Harry one more season (but no more feckin oaps signed please!!)

Cheers lads, been a great craic on here

And even in creating that gap we had bad luck along the way. Anyway I'm not going to reflect too much on the bad luck aspects. Overall we had a good season, but we did monumentally blow 3rd place. The Villa, Norwich and Arsenal games stick out the most in that respect.

but i was half right, you scraped through and struggled against west brom and had to rely on a rubbish keeper to hand you 3rd, typical arsenal luck
