If Neymar's going anywhere, it won't be to Barca. He's had a massive love-affair with Real Madrid for at least 2 seasons now and Madrid would not lose their man to Barcelona.

1st/2nd - between United and City I just can't see the rest of the pack catching up by next season.
3rd/4th - between Arsenal/Spurs/Chelsea - I can't see newcastle holding on to their big players, Pardew has already said they won't be able to hold on to them without a champions league spot and in that case I expect them to slip way down the table
5th/6th/7th and beyond - Anybody's guess really
Relegation - if Martinez goes I'll say Wigan, same goes for West Brom
Promotion - I really do hope it's Cardiff, I think they deserve a crack at it
I don't wanna make any specific predictions on Liverpool because it would be optimistically biased and come with accusations of delusion, but i will say that it sure as hell must be better than this season.!
