How does it mean his days are numbered Bubbles? It's like saying if we sign a RB that can also play CB, Ivanovics days are numbered. Sturridge himself can play both wings and strike to.

No one actually knows where we stand in relation to FFP because I doubt anyone here has read the entire list of rules and has studied the full list of our financial situation (not just the £70m loss). And no one knows how UEFA will approach punishing teams.

For me, the fact RA was a backer on FFP says all you need to know. The club obviously know exactly where they stand with FFP and I can't see any club being "banned" from the CL. They're ridiculous rules and I think will be treated as such, could you imagine the legal war between club's lawyers and UEFA if they tried to stick a ban on a top European club. Can't see it ever happening.

On top of that, also. With the club looking to get a 60,000 seater stadium. We're already up there with the top commercial revenue generating clubs around Europe, our deal with Sauber shows the forward thinking and desire of the people at the top to maximise all revenue streams they can. I think we have benefited massively for having RA for 9/10 seasons prior to FFP to put all these systems in place to put us near the very top of European football and keep us there even under the new rules. Roman's not a silly boy.

Hopefully Hulk will be able to justify his price-tag if he signs for Chelsea.
