What part would SWP Play?

Coyle states that he is still a target that we are working on and is still on our radar.
But what part would he play here? With Chungy in front of him for the right wing spot and SWP not being the best with his left peg where could we play him? And for a fee of around 3m and wages of at least 30-40k do we really need to add him to our squad?
Discuss guys i am hoping for others views of this move.

I've just had a bad thought crop up in my head.

We know we have to sell before we spend and need a fair few players.

What if selling CYL is our plan B for no Cahill sale?

It couldn't be that could it?

Nah, at least I hope not.

They might already be doing it on the quiet.

He would be a pointless signing.

CYL is better than him

SWP is bobbins at left wing/midfield, dare I say it, worse than Taylor

SWP cannot play up front, we should just buy a striker...

So I conclude that Coyle wants to sign him for his intelligence in general

Joining us would mean the end of his international career which would be doing all of England a service which in turn would get us better press and neutrals will hail us as saviours.
