I think that actor's called Rab Affleck. He comes from a family of hardmen (and women) in Irvine.I wouldnae call him 'gay' to his face! Funnily enough, he was in a film a few year back called 'The Hard Man',about bare knuckle fighting. Based on a William Mcilvanney novel and starring Billy Connolly and Liam Neeson.

I think the problem was that Greg Hemphill didn't want to keep doing 'Still Game' while Ford Kiernan did. So they had a wee fallout but they're still mates. I think, going by Ford's efforts since 'Still Game' he needs another writer! It's a shame, maybe one day......
