This table, re-ordered into cheapest to most expensive, was in today's Torygraph. It shows the cost of the very cheapest 2011/12 season tickets at all Prem clubs, plus the percentage increase from last season. (Bow your heads in shame West Brom, Norwich, QPR and, gasp, Fulham). That is some differential between Blackburn and Arsenal - just to sit in the cheap seats!

The point is that until I saw the list I thought Rovers STs were cheap. They aren't.

Donny must be a really affluent town with low unemployment figures and lots of high prospect, well paid jobs for your joe sixpack to afford these prices.
Certainly not one of these run-down towns where you'd normally find pound shops and an abundance of call-centres.

i think its a disgrace how the promoted sides prices have shot up, what about rewarding the fans who have stuck with the club through thick and thin, i know the argument about playing the big clubs ie arsenal man utd liverpool chelsea is a major attraction but how does that affect your average fan, because in all honesty i go to watch my team not the opposition, so it doesnt matter if its liverpool or tranmere to me. i will still be there so why pay more.
rant over.
