Interviewer: How much will you spend?

Arsene: ONE HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS!!!!!

Interviewer: Nice.

Arsene: YES! THE MORE YOU SPEND ON A PLAYER THE BETTER HE IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Interviewer: Please stop shouting, you are spitting.

Arsene: I WANT ALL THE PLAYERS ALL THE PLAYERS ALL THE PLAYERS ALL THE PLAYERS ALL THE PLAYERS!!!!!!
