remember that sunlight guy? at one stage he was the ONLY guy on here who recognised the potential Daly had. I even remember when Daly had been here for 2 seasons and only scored 2 goals and been injured. He was going on about how he would be the next person inducted into the United hall of fame, He would be captain, he would score loads of goals, he was good enough for the premiership, and would get capped for republic of ireland.
Then you had that othe balloon Arab Golfer who said Daly was a 1st division player at best and was happy when Daly got injured cos he though he would never play for us again.
Think its pretty safe to say who won that one

Yeah i remember sunlight!!!! I also remember him saying that daly would be in the hall of fame, he could make it yet you know, he's scored a few goals now for united still averaging about 1 goal to every 3 games, think he's over 150 caps and 50 goals. Outside of the Mclean era this has been one of our best ever spells, the last 5 years the levein/houston era, and daly's been a big part of that.

Wonder where all the others have gone just seems to have been us and the weegies there used to be good patter with the dees, dons, hibees and jambos on the old 606

Im still here, and yes i do remember sunlight, he talked a load of nonsense at times but was right about Daly, i for one agreed with him on Daly but that was about all !!! I hoped most of the people would have came over too this forum but sadly they mainly seem to have vanished, sounds sad but im even missing taff! !!!!!!!!!!!!

Barab, taff was on here once and never again!!!!!! It might have been an imposter right enough they're used to a fair few dons too, and there was always good banter between the edinburgh clubs (usually funny too) ahh the good old days . I used to quite often read through the hibs, hearts and dons pages, sometimes change isn't always good

Closely followed by Taff.
