I wouldn't mind seeing AVB takeover

And then potentially bringing in Hulk.

The guys a wonderful talent, probably would never happen... but one can dream aye. Got a wonderful shot on him and would complement Suarez brilliantly, just the type of sniper our team has been missing this year. With AVB charge it'd be a dream come true if he could talk him into being a pivotal part of FSG's Anfield Project.

Considering the megabucks they've already thrown out already, and with a couple departures (Kuyt, Maxi, Adam, Carragher) theres no reason to rule out us having the wage capacity and transfer budget to attract this caliber of player. The only way I'd see it possible though is if a manager with great reputation came in like AVB.

Although I know he didn't really set the world alight with Chelsea, you cannot dismiss the great job he did at Porto, and certainly wouldn't rule out the potential for him being able to attract top european players.

Anyway, he'd get my vote... maybe Meireles will put in a good word for me

Hulk's apparently coming to us (Chelsea) and the deal just needs finalising.

On a another note i really hope you don't hire AVB, i'm part of the group of Chelsea fans that liked him and was disappointed when he got sacked.

If you do hire him i reckon you'll be back challenging for top four fairly quickly and maybe the title after that.

Good luck, but please hire a c'rap manager.

I've seen those rumors, but only from the shady underworld that is Talksport. Would prefer to see him in the red shirt obviously.

Hoping for someone of AVB's stature tbf, I'd say the only other two managers I'd be looking at would be Jurgen Klopp and Deschamps.

The reason he didn't set the world alight is because of the arrogance of John Terry & Fat Frank Lampard.

Them 2 alone think they're bigger than Chelsea FC, I personally can't stand either of them.

Who the hell do they think they are?
