That C4 guy was saying he spoke to UEFA and they were saying even if a club agree a CVA they are looking to ban them from europe for longer than the 1 year current ban.

Again football authorities can/will apply any rules they like as per clauses inserted in their rulebooks

rubbish, this is an sfa punishment, fec k all to do with the spl.

it transfers to "newco" reguardless of which league we end up in.
