IT HAS TO BE THE MOST REALISTIC WAY TO GO
THEYLL BE NO EUROPEAN FOOTBALL FOR AT LEAST THE NEXT TWO SEASONS.
WITH THE TRANSFER BAN IN PLACE WE ARE SURE TO SEE 1ST TEAM PLAYERS ON THERE WAY OUT PERHAPS THIS WOULD GIVE US A CASH FLOW FOR SOME DECENT U18S.
. WE HAVE BROKEN RULES AND SHOULD BE PUNISHED. WHAT WE SHOULD NOT BE IS A CASH COW FOR ALL OTHER CLUBS.
THE MISMANGEMENT OF OUR CLUB HAS BEEN HORRIFIC , BUT WHAT I WOULD SAY IS THE S.F.A. HAS NOW SET A YARD STICK AND IM SURE THIS WILL NOW COME BACK TO HAUNT THEM ,THERES SO MANY CLUBS ON THE BRINK OF THE ABYSS WITHOUT THE BACKING THAT RANGERS HAVE.

I've said all along that 3rd Div is the fair outcome, can't see it though.

I agree with most of this.
However, a transfer embargo in the third division would mean we would DEFINATELY lose all our top players and would have to rely solely on guys happy to ply their trade at the bottom of the Scottish League ladder and under 18s.
Staying in the SPL with the transfer embargo gives us some sort of chance to hold onto guys that want to play for the club while it is still in the top division.
3rd division is the fairest way to go in my eyes....but if there's a possibility of us going to a newco in the SPL and still having the transfer embargo, its not certain if we would newco to the 3rd division without a transfer embargo.
Its the SPL that decide if we stay in the top division or not...SFA transfer embargo might stand whatever happens
SPL or 3rd division with a transfer embargo, to me, is a no brainer.
