That our owners are winging it and making it up as they go along?
Options right now aren't looking good. We're a club on the brink of a massive freefall. There is no structure in place within the club to achieve anything. So whoever gets appointed is on a hiding to nothing without that.
It may be there's some cunning masterplan just waiting to be unveiled. But the fact that Kenny had to force the issue on whether he stays or goes would suggest otherwise.
We're staring into the abyss at the moment and it's waving back. We're going to be a long way away for some time unless owners get this absolutely right. And I have no confidence at all that they will or are even capable of doing that.
Not being H&G is no longer enough from our owners if we're to progress. And if we don't progress, we'll become yet another regional team which once used to be good.
Does anybody else have the feeling...

The owners let the fans have their own way and it didn't quite work out. They are now doing it their own way....

I think we get to know far too much. As a fan I'm interested in the manager and the players and that's it.
It's a bit like telling the public which MP's have over claimed expenses. I don't care. As long as someone is keeping tabs on it and making sure it's all above board, I really don't need to know who did what, where and when. Being accountable doesn't mean we need to know the minutiae.

Liverpool is not going to be destroyed because we don't have a CEO or DOF for a coupe of weeks!

Never said that.
& It's not the lack of filling the posts what is worrying me.
It's the fact that what they decide to do will determine our clubs future and I don't trust them.
Although it's entirely possible that they have a plan in place and everything will be fine but there has been more evidence to the contrary.

On a side note, don't know if its been said but apparently Kenny refused any compensation. Says everything about the man.....

I actually think you have good owners who are the right kind to get you where you need to be.
No-one can out spend Man City, so you need to play it right. I honestly think the owners have done the right things so far.

To answer your 1st question ..
err.... no.
FSG are perfectly correct in their decision.
However, dragging a bloke across the Atlantic to tell him he's sacked is not the best way to do things!
Martinez for LFC is a step in the right direction.

Nah....they are pretty savvy, what have they done wrong?
Top 4 was the target, wasnt reached boss got the boot.
Suarez affair cast a bad image on Liverpools brand, heads rolled.
New manager needed, they interview all the usual suspects and more.
I dont see the problem meself, yeah i wanted KD to stay but maybe i am wrong and the owners are right.

FSG want to implement a long term project. this is why they didn't want dalglish in the first place and also why they are looking at al these young inexperienced managers
