I got no problem with capello.its rdm i feel sorry for however you have just got to lool at pool to know that sentiment can damage a team long term.i just hope rdm wins it tomorrow then goes on to manage a top club and have a great career

if i were advising rdm, even if we win, id tell him to leave chelsea with his stock pretty high. i dont think he would be given time with roman. i could see him at maybe a club like villa?

yep. he's calmed everyone at the club down and let everyone play their natural games. he's used every one of the squad members wisely and he's got an fa cup and a possible cl trophy aswell. i dont know. im in two minds whether or not to give him the job. i was disappointed with our 6th place league finish. i think he/the board decided to prioritise th cups so he can be forgiven.. he set up too defensively for the spurs, arsenal games. liverpool away was a disaster and newcastle home aswell. 4 key games. 2 points from 12. thats not good. however he's done well in the cups. so that should give him some credit with the board. glad im not makin the decision.
